By accessing and using Rhinocero ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Rhinocero is an IT services and software solutions platform operated by Aim Infosoft. We provide web development, software engineering, and related technology services. By engaging our services you agree to provide accurate project requirements and to collaborate in good faith. You must be at least 18 years old or have authorised business capacity to enter agreements through this platform.

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@aiminfosoft.com of any unauthorised use. You may not share credentials or transfer your account to another person or entity.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data; (d) scrape or crawl the Platform with automated tools without permission; (e) interfere with normal operation of the Platform; (f) impersonate any person or entity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on this Platform — software, design, logos, trademarks, and text — is owned by Aim Infosoft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Work product created specifically for a client under a signed agreement transfers ownership as outlined in that agreement. Nothing on this Platform grants a licence to use Aim Infosoft trademarks without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim Infosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you to Aim Infosoft in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes we will post a notice on the Platform or email registered users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. Please review these terms periodically.
